How is the safety of the ingredients you use managed?

uwellnow uses food-grade ingredients and manages the expiration date and remaining amount of each cartridge. We also plan to conduct regular testing and inspection of ingredients and finished products, and will update the detailed standards as they are finalized.

Can customers with allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients still use uwellnow?

Yes. When choosing your drink, you can check information on potential allergens on the device screen and on our website, and if you're sensitive to a particular ingredient, you can exclude it from your order. Allergen information is provided in accordance with relevant food labeling standards. Each ingredient is also dispensed through its own physically separate nozzle, and the dispensing area is automatically cleaned, to minimize the possibility of cross-contact between ingredients. That said, individual sensitivity can vary, so if you have allergies, please be sure to check ingredient information before ordering.
